Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide efficient food and beverage service and create a positive dining experience for customers. The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, respond courteously to customer requests, and work well with the kitchen and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, provide menus, and assist with seating when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
• Answer menu questions and accommodate customer requests where possible.
• Maintain clean and organized dining tables and service areas.
• Present bills, process payments when required, and assist with closing duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
• Good teamwork, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
