Airport Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Airport Staff member to support daily airport operations and passenger services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, follow established safety procedures, and work effectively with passengers and airport personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with general inquiries, directions, and airport facilities.
• Support check-in, boarding, queue management, or other assigned operational activities.
• Guide passengers through airport procedures and direct them to the appropriate counters or gates.
• Coordinate with relevant airport teams to support smooth passenger movement.
• Assist passengers who require additional guidance or support.
• Follow airport safety, security, and customer service procedures and report operational concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant aviation or customer service training is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous approach to passenger service.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality, and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is preferred.
