Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate product/service information
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
- Follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or above
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English; multilingual candidates are a plus
- Computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools
