Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate product/service information
  • Maintain customer records in CRM systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
  • Follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English; multilingual candidates are a plus
  • Computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools
