Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies.
• Ensure all drinks meet company quality and presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
