Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and materials
• Assist students with classroom tasks and individual learning
• Supervise students during activities and break times
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline
• Support children with special needs when required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; teaching assistant certification is a plus
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
