Key Responsibilities:
- Help teachers prepare lesson materials and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or group assistance to students.
- Monitor student behavior and provide supervision.
- Assist with grading assignments and maintaining records.
- Support students with special learning needs.
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in teaching is a plus.
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Patience and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
