Key Responsibilities:
- Greet students, parents, and visitors courteously
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
- Maintain attendance and visitor logs
- Coordinate student sign-in/out procedures
- Provide administrative support to the school office
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school or reception role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Basic computer and office software skills
