Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Process payroll and benefits documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and company events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
