Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk operations
- Maintain filing systems and office supplies
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
- Support other departments with clerical tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
