Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare and manage financial records
  • Enter financial data into spreadsheets or accounting software
  • Help with monthly reports and audits
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel)
  • Good attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills
