Responsibilities:
- Assist in lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Provide individual attention to students as needed.
- Supervise activities and maintain discipline.
- Organize learning materials and maintain records.
- Support students with special needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; additional education in teaching is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience working with children is advantageous.
