Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage claim
- Provide accurate flight and airport information
- Monitor safety protocols and report irregularities
- Handle customer service queries with professionalism
- Coordinate with airline and ground service teams
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Previous experience in airport or hospitality roles is preferred
- Neat and presentable appearance
