Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings and handle communication tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties remotely

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
