Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Manage student attendance records and maintain files.
- Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a school or reception role is preferred.
