School Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with inquiries.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Manage student attendance records and maintain files.
  • Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in a school or reception role is preferred.
