Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, parents, and students courteously.
  • Manage phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle attendance records and other administrative tasks.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the school calendar.
  • Assist with school events and communication distribution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
