Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and redirect as necessary
  • Schedule appointments and manage front office calendar
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative duties like data entry and filing

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
