Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and shipments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics or transportation coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
