Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Set up and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist with installation and configuration of software applications.
- Respond to IT-related queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions.
- Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades and data migrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
