Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Assist with mail distribution and package handling.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
