Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as data entry and document organization.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
