Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order placements, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues to relevant departments when needed.

Requirements:
