Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communication is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
