Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communication is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
