Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
