Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote products/services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
