Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote products/services.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
