Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide information.
  • Resolve customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed call center performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up to date with company products, policies, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
