Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide information.
- Resolve customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet or exceed call center performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up to date with company products, policies, and promotions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
