- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
- Provide directions and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with airline and ground handling teams.
- Help manage lost and found services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Prior airport or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy.
