Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle dynamic situations.
- Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred.
