Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers upon arrival or departure.
- Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth passenger handling.
- Provide directions and resolve passenger inquiries.
- Assist with luggage handling and ensure adherence to airline procedures.
- Report any issues to the relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
