Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for executives.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and virtual events.
  • Manage social media accounts and create basic content when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
