Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for executives.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and virtual events.
- Manage social media accounts and create basic content when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
