Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Assist with mail distribution and package handling.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
