Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
  • Handle general administrative duties, such as data entry and document organization.
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
