Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Provide product or service information to customers and address their concerns.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
