Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide product or service information to customers and address their concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
