Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Record and document all interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
