  • The first step of RESS (Railway Employee Self Service) registration is to open aims official website in your preferred browser. The homepage of the website may look like the picture shown below.

  • On homepage of this portal you will find an option of “Employee Self Service” on the left side of the page. Now click on this page.
  • After clicking a new page of Railway Employee Self Service will appear on your screen as shown below.
  • This is a login page. Here at the bottom you will find option of New Use Registration link. Click on this link to open AIMS Portal RESS Registration page.
  • Here you will be asked to enter your mobile number, date of birth and employee number. Type all required details carefully and click on submit button. Birth date format should be dd/mm/yyyy.
  • Now you have to verify your mobile number. In order to get your number verified, type “START” in your message box and send this text to 09821736069.
  • You will get confirmation message on your mobile phone number. After verification, you will receive a password on your mobile number that you can change later.
  • Ress new registration process has been completed. Now you are allowed to login aims website portal.
  • You can also follow the same procedure if you are using aims app for registration.

Once you have completed the registration process, you can log in to your account by using your user name and password. Follow the below steps to log in to your id on the portal.

  1. Go to the Indian railways official website aims.indianrailways.gov.in in your preferred browser or mobile app.
  2. On home page you will see link of “Employee Self Service”. Click on this link.

  • In very first step you have to visit Railway authority official website i.e. www.aims.indianrailways.gov.in.
  • On homepage of portal you will find option of Public grievance. Click on this link and a new page will appear on your screen.
  • Now in the menu bar, you need to click on Grievance. After that, a list will open where you have to click on Lodge Public Grievance.
  • Now you will be asked to enter little information. Type all required information and click on the submit button to lodge a grievance.
  • Employees can also check status of their grievances.
  • Note: Only registered users are allowed to lodge their complaints.
